Deposits at NBCU are insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. government agency. All membership accounts are insured for up to $250,000 per individual.

Your deposits are insured in full

Since we are a state-chartered credit union, deposits exceeding $250,000 are insured by the Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC), providing an extra layer of insurance coverage.
