As you know, New Bedford Credit Union recently upgraded to a new core processing system and launched our new Online and Mobile Banking platform this past Tuesday.
Additionally, as noted in the documentation previously sent out, please keep in mind that you will not have to recreate your bill payment payees. While all of your existing payee information has safely transferred over, some members with multiple membership accounts have experienced difficulties seeing them display correctly. If you are running into this issue or any other trouble with your bill pay, please let us know so we can get it fixed for you right away.
