After getting the dealer to send the offer, I knew immediately NBCU had the better loan rates. I reached out to the loan department and Nichole was there to get the gears turning. After the application, approval process and crossing all the t’s and a whole lot of i’s. Nichole sent it back over to the out of state dealer. It was very seamless. We then sat down for the loan explanation and terms that went with the loan. In just a few days I was ready to head out to New Hampshire and pickup my new Maverick. I have had many loans over time and just a few with NBCU but wow, they were above and beyond better than every other. I am glad to be a member there and encourage others that are looking for a better loan or better banking to always use NBCU.

I have had NBCU for over 20yrs they have always been courteous and helpful if there’s a problem they’re always there to try to help the best they can and if they can’t figure it out they make sure they try to investigate it with higher ups! I just had an issue with Dollar tree in Fairhaven with them charging my debit card twice and the corporate office of the Dollar tree has ignored me for over three weeks and not giving me my money back! Finally Jason Ferreira ( assistant branch manager) took charge of this issue and did what he needed to do and got my money coming back to me in the next few business days! I can’t thank him enough for taking that stress off my mind for me!!!!! THANK YOU
